Vogon Poetry
By Mongoose Van Dunkelschreiber

Do you have a prisoner release form?
Those words
They strike like a blunt object
Stinging hard so you can think straight
Ouch, what was that?
Hey can't you see I'm trying to think,
Ow!  That hurt allot, well so much for thought
And it's no surprise, now to see this ugly thing,
Asking question like a thoughtless machine,
This walking potato, playing by the books,
So her brains are as bad as her looks.
Oh, I don't have authorization to talk to myself eh.
Well I was just going to fill out the stupid form anyway.
Now let's see fill in this line there and check this box here.
And here
And here
And… Oh no not there!
Here's your form now let her go
What do you mean you don't have the authority?
She kidnapped the president, honestly
Can't you see this is the president standing next to me?
And he demands that you set her free!
Oh my god another form
I'm about reedy to kick up a storm.
Fine, fine, I'll fill it out
Yes I know I'm not authorized to shout.
Here's the form so is she free,
Without a doubt?
Yes thanks soon we can leave here,
I'm tired of being on Vogsphere.
A poem a seen through they eyes of Arthur Dent as he tries to free Trica from the Vogons, as scene in the movie based of the book series by Douglas Adams
